Losing weight by being annoyed through SMS
I bet those of you who wants (or wanted) to lose weight have tried to discipline yourselves but most of the time you’ll fail. But why?
1. It’s a habit and it’s hard to get rid of it.
2. It’s a matter of control but you might not be able to resist the temptation of good food.
3. It’s in your genes yo! (Most of the time it won’t happen because of this)

Trying to remind you to go work out, eat healthy food, bla bla bla. Well, for the first few days you might be motivated to do it but still, habits are still habits, if you can’t control yourself, you’ll always return to where you’ve started.
Sustainability is the key here. If you can sustain your change in how you eat and live, you can actually get yourself out from your current position, not really by some text messages. Imagine your mom keeps on pushing you to lose weight, you do feel annoyed right?
